VOLLEYBALL Open Gyms
At our volleyball camps and open gyms, many skills will be covered. Skills are demonstrated to the group first and then performed by the participants. These camps are for the player that wants to improve all of their skills. Camp participants will go over strength & conditioning, serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking.
